OUR APPROACH
At Radical Presence Healing, we believe our experiences are shaped by relationships, histories, bodies, and the many conditions of our lives.
When something feels overwhelming or painful, it is not a personal failure, but often a meaningful response to what has been carried or endured.
We offer space where experience can be met with curiosity and care, allowing understanding, compassion, and new possibilities to emerge over time.
-
We believe healing happens in relationship, when experience is met with radical presence and compassionate care. Our approach is relational and collaborative, moving at a pace that honors your nervous system, lived history, and the many conditions shaping your life. Rather than fixing or forcing change, we attend closely to what is present—thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and relational patterns—as they arise.
Our work weaves contemplative wisdom traditions, embodied awareness, and modern psychotherapy, while remaining centered on your lived experience and inherent capacity for understanding and healing.
-
This therapy may be supportive if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to be with what you’re experiencing. You might be noticing patterns that no longer feel aligned, navigating change or uncertainty, or sensing that something within you is asking for attention.
People are often drawn to this work when they want a space to slow down, listen more closely to their inner experience, and be met with care rather than judgment. Whether you’re moving through a life transition, navigating the impact of past experiences, or simply seeking a more compassionate way of relating to yourself, this work offers space to tend to what is present.
This work may be a good fit if you are:
Feeling stuck, uncertain, or emotionally overwhelmed
Wanting to relate differently to your thoughts, emotions, or body
Navigating questions of identity, belonging, or relationship
Impacted by past experiences or ongoing life stress
Drawn to a reflective, relational, and embodied approach to therapy

What to Expect
Our first sessions are a chance to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy, moving at a pace that feels right to you. There’s never any pressure to share everything at once.
Sessions are collaborative and conversational, with attention to emotional, relational, and embodied experience. Over time, we gently explore patterns and experiences as they arise, creating space for understanding, compassion, and meaningful change to unfold.
Reaching Out
Taking the first step can feel vulnerable, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. It’s enough to simply feel ready for something to be different.
If you’re curious about working together, we invite you to reach out. This is a casual opportunity to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and see if our approach feels like a supportive fit. We look forward to hearing from you.
